Our mission is to provide you with the highest level of integrative veterinary medicine in a relaxed and caring atmosphere for both you and your pet. You pet’s health and overall well-being is our top priority.
Welcome To Tally Oaks Veterinary Wellness Center
Comprehensive, Compassionate Care
At Tally Oaks Veterinary Wellness Center, we offer your pet a combination of holistic (complementary/alternative) medical care and conventional medical care. After reviewing your pet’s history, diet, lifestyle, and conducting a comprehensive examination, we determine the best combination of both forms of therapy allowing for a customized approach that is unique to each pet. From puppy to kitten care, to geriatric pets, our office located in northern Virginia provides your pet with a lifetime of comprehensive, integrative health care.
Your journey to Tally Oaks begins with a drive through the picturesque countryside of Loudoun County, stone wall-lined roads, grazing horses and cows, lots of green, and less traffic.
Privately Owned
Dr. Woerner is proud to share that we are not a corporate practice, something you’ll notice as soon as you walk in and meet us. We focus on tailoring appointments to each patient’s needs rather than adhering to a one-size-fits-all approach.
Compassionate
We believe that spending quality time with you and your pet helps build a stronger relationship and ensures better, mutually satisfying decisions. This extra time allows us to use more compassionate, fear-free handling techniques.
Honest
Transparency is probably one of our most obvious qualities. We encourage you, the pet owner, to be as involved in your pet's experience as you want to be.
Our Clients Say...
I can’t say enough about Tally Oaks ; We have a variety of different animals and use a couple different vets to best suit their needs. Dr. Tania Woerner has always been extremely responsive in emergency situations and she happens to be our go-to barn cat vet (you know how those barn cats can get into fights!).

Dr Woerner has been my vet for my cat and horse for many years. Her knowledge and creative ideas have kept my senior kitty around much longer despite his ckd and dental issues.
C. Turner
Dr. Tania has seen my family through three generations of cats and has always been considerate and kind. She isn’t dismissive of concerns over small details of my older cat’s health like some vets can be.

Dr. Woerner is a graduate of U Penn Vet School rated by many as no 1. She has 20yr experience and has a well-organized practice with good facilities My dog Rex, 86 lb German Shepherd, has been well taken care of for 3yrs, even though he is “sprited” and headstrong at times.

Dr. Woerner and her staff are wonderful with my 'vet anxious' dog. We found Dr. Woerner after Chip became fearful of another practice. At Tally Oaks they take their time and proceed slowly as he gets more comfortable and they go out of their way to keep him calm and receptive.

Our Jazzy dog needed dental surgery to have some teeth pulled. I took her to TOV yesterday morning and Dr. W. recommended that I stay with her while she was going under anesthesia. You would have thought you were in a day spa.

Clio and Cato love going to Tally Oaks to see Dr. Woerner for their well checks! She has a wonderful, holistic approach, greeting them with smiles and treats, and playfully engaging them during her examination.
Kim W.
I am so grateful to have found Dr. Woerner! She truly cares about your pet as if it were her own. She has stayed late to be sure my dog received treatment when he needed it most. I love her holistic approach

Absolutely love Dr.Woerner and her staff at Tally Oaks. I not only take my personal dogs there, but many of the rescue dogs I work with as well. Thanks to them, this little man is going to have a second chance at life!

LOVE LOVE Dr. Woerner! So glad we have found our forever veterinary. Our poor pup was suffering the worst skin allergy and after ONE appointment within two weeks he was basically 100% again. He was acting relieved and happy again, that meant the world to us.
