In response to the higher call volume for outside pharmacy requests, we have implemented a $10 prescription fee. This fee must be paid prior to approval of your prescription. In order to expedite this process, please contact us prior to placing your initial online order. This fee is not applicable when purchasing through our clinic or using our Online Pharmacy.
When providing a pharmacy outside of our Online pharmacy our contact information, please note we do NOT have a fax number. Any communication regarding permission for your requested prescription or refill needs to be sent to our designated Pharmacy only email: TallyOaksRx@gmail.com.
